Kelly is a dynamic HR leader with over 15 years’ experience leading transformative people strategies across global, matrixed organisations. She has built and scaled high-performing teams, driven organisational change, and delivered measurable impact in talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Before joining Opto Health, Kelly was Talent, Workforce Transformation & Change Director at Deloitte, where she designed a global talent model across 13 centres and grew the workforce to more than 6,000 employees. She has also founded her own consultancy, advising boards on complex HR issues, building HR departments from the ground up, and embedding inclusive practices across industries.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Kelly also holds advanced certifications in Prince2, Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma. She is known for her collaborative leadership, clarity in complex situations, and her commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. Whether leading crisis management, shaping policy, or influencing at board level, Kelly brings clarity, compassion, and commercial acumen to every challenge.
Outside of work, Kelly is a passionate advocate for wellbeing, fitness, travel and is happiest when bringing people together to achieve their best.
